Puros : Features & Benefits

The Tutoplast® Process

Tutoplast ProcessThe proprietary Tutoplast Process minimizes risk and assures high tissue quality through a proven, chemical process that has been developed and refined for over 35 years in more than three million procedures.

While preserving the valuable collagen matrix and tissue integrity, this process gently removes unwanted materials such as cells, antigens and viruses, as well as inactivates pathogens. The result is pure bone and tissue. More info...

Note: There is one slight difference between the hard and soft tissue processing. Hard tissue processing utilizes delipidization to inactivate lipid-enveloped viruses and removes fat. Soft tissue processing mechanically removes fat and includes an alkaline treatment.
