Alexander Ochsner, Vice President, Europe & Asia Pacific
Alexander Ochsner joined Zimmer Dental as Vice President
of European Operations in May of 2002. In this role, he directs
all
management activities for European distributors as well as the company’s
direct subsidiaries.
Mr. Ochsner has ten years experience in the medical device industry.
He has held various international sales, marketing and executive management
positions at Medela AG (a Swiss medical device manufacturer), Medtronic
Europe SA and, most recently, Institut Straumann.
Alexander Ochsner earned a master’s of science and a Ph.D. in
Natural Sciences from the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich
and is a published author of articles in various international scientific
publications.
