Matt Wilson, Director of Human Resources
Matt Wilson joined Zimmer Dental in September 2008 as Director of Human Resources.
Mr. Wilson and his team lead the identification, acquisition, deployment, and development
of world-class talent who drive successful results for patients, customers and the
business.
Prior to joining Zimmer, Mr. Wilson served as Director of Human Resources at CB
Richard Ellis—the global leader in commercial real estate services—where he led
organization and leadership development efforts. Mr. Wilson also held various Human
Resources positions in Raytheon Company, where he began his HR career in Raytheon’s
Human Resources Leadership Development Program.
Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Minor in Italian from the
University of Utah, and a MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School
of Global Management.
